The Wellbeing of our employees
The wellbeing of our employees is of significant importance. While we want to help you prepare your taxes, we also want our Tax preparers to stay healthy. We are increasing office cleanings, we have signs asking those who are sick to not enter the office and call to make other arrangements. We will do what we can to minimize the number of people in our office, including encouraging our clients to limit the number of people they bring to their tax appointment.
Drop Off Your Tax Documents – No Need to Wait
While we will continue to provide in-person tax help in our office, we are encouraging clients to utilize our drop-off process to reduce in-person interactions. If you typically meet with one of our tax preparers to file your return, now instead, simply bring your documents to our office and our tax pros will do the work without you having to wait. They will call with any questions and you can even review and approve your return electronically. Our drop-off services are an important way we can support your wellbeing and that of our tax preparers, too.
Work Virtually
You can also choose to work with your tax preparer virtually, upload your documents to our server and the tax preparer does the rest without you ever visiting the office.
We’re here to help, and there are many ways we can get you the refund you really need at this time.
As this situation changes day-by-day, hour-by-hour, we will continue to evaluate how we can best help people get their refund, while we try to keep clients and our employees safe.
Thank you for your understanding and support as we all do our best to manage through this terrible situation.
